Spanish Egg Fritters

Recipe for savoury egg fritters from warm Spain.

Ingredients:

8 pcs egg 1 pc bulb 70 g corn flour (or Solamyl, Maizena) 100 g of bacon

200 g of porcini mushrooms 2 dl milk 2 tsp sour cream powder ground sweet paprika ground pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Whisk the eggs with cornflour (Maizena, Solamyl), milk, salt, ground pepper, ground paprika and baking powder
2. Add the cooled mixture to the beaten eggs and fry the fritters in hot oil
4. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Boiled potatoes and vegetable salad.
