Spaghettini with shrimps

Spaghettini, our way of saying spaghetti served with shrimp sautéed in butter and smothered with cognac, cream and tomato puree. A recipe suitable as part of a Valentine’s Day menu. Pasta with shrimps with aphrodisiac effects will amaze almost every woman. 🙂

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 300 g of spaghettini pasta 200 g of shrimp 40 g of butter 375 ml of cream 3 tablespoons cognac 1 tablespoon cognac 1 piece lettuce salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, then drain it and let it drain thoroughly
2. Cut the washed lettuce leaves into strips, heat 20 g of butter and fry the lettuce in it in portions until soft, keeping the finished product warm
3. Fry the prawns briefly in the remaining butter with a pinch of salt, then remove them and pour the purée into the pan, pour in the cognac and let it evaporate, then add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Stir in the warm salad and prawns and heat for about 2 minutes
5. Serve the prawn sauce with the cooked pasta.
