Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

Cooked spaghetti mixed with rocket and marinated tuna, served with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

500 g spaghetti 300 g tuna fillet 130 g rucola

40 g grated parmesan 100 ml oil 50 ml lemon juice

/tr>

2 tbsp capers 1 pcgarlic cloves 1/2 pcs chopped oregano ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. 1. In the meantime, clean, wash, dry and chop the rocket
3. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging for a bite, then drain it, catching some of the water and set aside to drain
3. Finally, toss the cooked pasta with the rocket, marinated tuna and 3 tablespoons of drained water, season as needed
4. Before serving, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
