Spaghetti with rocket sauce

Cooked pasta mixed with rocket sauce, garlic, chopped canned tomatoes, lemon juice and oil.

Ingredients:

500 g of spaghetti salt For sauce: 5 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 80 g rocket 3 pcs garlic cloves

1 pc (about 500 g) canned sliced tomatoes in brine pepper sugar salt

Procedure:

1. Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves
2. Put the rocket, garlic, sliced tomatoes in brine, olive oil, lemon juice into a bowl and mix everything well, then salt, pepper, sweeten and leave the sauce for at least 30 minutes
4. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water to taste according to the instructions, then drain, drain, stir into the prepared sauce and serve.

Note:

Rocket versus Arugula – Arugula is a close relative of arugula. They differ in the shape of the leaves, which are more oval in rocket and without the sharp excision. Their taste is similar, so their use in the kitchen is the same.
