Spaghetti with mushrooms and cheese sauce recipe
Combine
4 servings 400 g spaghetti salt 300 g mushrooms 1 tbsp manna slo 150 ml of cream 150 ml of milk 200 g gorgonzola 100 g of processed cheese 0,50 bunch of basil chopped pepper
Recipe preparation steps
1 Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain the water and allow the spaghetti to drain. 2 Clean and coarsely slice the mushrooms. Melt the butter, add the mushrooms, cover with a little water and simmer until all the water has evaporated. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan and heat gently. Cut the cheese into cubes. Pour in the cream and milk and add the melted cheese. Melt them completely over a low heat, stirring constantly, until they form a smooth, creamy sauce. 3 Tear the basil leaves and cut them into thin strips. Add the cheese sauce to the cooked pasta, divide among the plates and sprinkle with basil and freshly ground pepper.
