Spaghetti with celery stalk flavour and blue mould cheese. Delicious dinner.
1.
Put the spaghetti to boil in salted water.
2.
Slice the onion finely, the garlic into approximately equal slices. Wash the celery stalks, remove the outer fibres and cut them into small pieces, cut the peppers into squares, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
3.
In a heated wok, first put the chopped onion in the oil, then the garlic and fry until golden.
4.
Add celery pieces and bell pepper to this base. Season with pepper and fry briefly together. There is no need to salt, or only very lightly, as the cheese is salty enough. Serve together with cherry tomatoes.
5.
Into the roasted Vegetable Recipes mix the cooked drained pasta, the crumbled mushroom cheese, the milk, a little pasta water to thicken it, and heat and stir everything together briefly until the cheese is completely melted. Serve.
6.
Good taste!
