Spaghetti with basil

Cooked spaghetti tossed with a mixture of basil, chilli peppers, bacon, cream cheese and sour cream, served topped with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

400 g of spaghetti 100 g of sour cream 100 g cream cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 6 slices of English bacon 2 pcs red chillies fresh basil ground pepper grated parmesan water salt

Procedure:

1. Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water
2. In the meantime, fry the cleaned finely chopped chillies and the bacon cut into smaller pieces in hot oil for about 4 minutes
3. Let it cool for a while, then stir in the finely chopped basil, ground pepper and cream cheese beaten smooth with sour cream
4. Drain the cooked spaghetti, let it drain, put it in a bowl, pour the prepared mixture from the pan, mix well and finally sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
