Spaghetti squash with crab gravy recipe
Last Updated on
This dish is easy to make and so flavorful! The spaghetti squash pairs perfectly with the crab gravy.
To make the gravy, start by sautéing onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Then, add in the crab meat and cook until it’s slightly browned. Next, add in the chicken stock, white wine, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Let the gravy simmer until it’s nice and thick.
To make the spaghetti squash, start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Rub the flesh of the squash with a bit of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Place the squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 30-35 minutes.
Once the squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape out the “spaghetti” strands into a large bowl. Add in the crab gravy and mix everything together. Serve hot and enjoy!
