Spaghetti ravacotti recipe
Last Updated on
This is my personal recipe for spaghetti ravacotti! I created this dish because I wanted something hearty and filling, but didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. It’s great for a winter meal, and can be easily adapted to a vegetarian diet.
The ingredients you’ll need for this dish are:
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) of your favorite pasta sauce
1 can (15 oz) of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 package (10 oz) of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package (16 oz) of cheese ravioli
To make this dish, simply:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in pasta sauce, black beans, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package instructions.
Drain ravioli and add it to the beef and sauce mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly.
This dish is great served with a side of garlic bread or a green salad
