Spaghetti puttanesca

A tasty pasta dish of cooked spaghetti, canned tomatoes, green olives, anchovies, olive oil and capers.

Ingredients:

400 g can of sliced tomatoes 200 g spaghetti 1 handful green, chopped olives 1 handful green parsley 1 tablespoon of capers 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs

td>anchovies olive oil water speck of dried chilli salt

Procedure:

1. Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water
2. In one hot tablespoon of olive oil, fry thinly sliced garlic
3. After about 2 minutes add the tomatoes, chopped capers, anchovies, olives and chilli
4. Let it cook for 10 minutes, then stir in the cooked, rinsed and thoroughly drained spaghetti
5. Mix everything and serve each portion generously sprinkled with parsley.
