Spaghetti Bolognesse
ingredients
2 pcs onion 500 g minced mixed pork and beef oil 8 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs zucchini 2 pcs broth (one vegetable one meat) 1 can corn 2 cups bolognese sauce 1 packet spaghetti salt 100 g hard cheese (eidam)

I got the recipe from Mama 🙂 They are very tasty and healthy I make them often I hope you will like them 🙂

Put the water on to boil for the spaghetti add a little oil and salt, wait until the water starts to boil and add the spaghetti. Stir and wait until the spaghetti is soft

While the spaghetti is cooking, chop the onion, throw it in the pan, let it fry a little, and when it is fried add the minced meat and also let it fry until brown

Slice the tomatoes and zucchini, add them to the meat and let them boil for a while, add the corn and the vegetable and meat broth and mix everything together.

Add the two bolognese sauces and stir again. Add half a glass of water and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
5.
Place the spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over it, grate cheese on top to taste and I add more spaghetti seasoning and it’s done.
