Recipe instructions
1 Cook the spaghetti in salted water. 3 Pour the olive oil (I recommend a good quality extra virgin olive oil) into the pan and add the chopped garlic and chilli. 4. Allow the garlic to heat up, it must not start to fry, it must not brown (but I personally don’t mind if it browns a bit 🙂 ). 5. (6) Finally, add the cooked spaghetti directly to the pan, mix well and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley when serving. 7 Bon appetit 🙂 8 Tip: The spaghetti must not be dry, so add more oil or a little water to the pan in which the spaghetti was cooked.
