Soy rice with prawns

ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil 100 g pre-cooked peeled prawns 1 cup pre-cooked rice 1 clove garlic 1 pk chilli pepper 4 tbsp soy sauce 2 pk egg

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the chopped chilli along with the drained garlic and stir to combine.

Add the prawns and stir-fry briefly.

3.

Add the pre-cooked rice and stir to combine the flavours.

4.

Season with soy sauce.

5.

Finally, add two eggs and stir until done.

6.

Serve.
