South Bohemian potato pancakes with mushrooms

Another variant of the recipe for the popular mushroom soup. The most suitable mushroom for this soup is the black pigeon, popularly ,,vrzavka”, great are also diatoms for their hard flesh and dark color, which stands out in the soup just color and taste.

Procedure:
1. 1. cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes, pour the broth, add salt, cumin and marjoram, cook them until tender
2. In a casserole, fry the onion in butter together with the crushed garlic, add flour and fry, pour the prepared roux with the broth in which the potatoes were cooked
4. Add the chopped mushrooms sautéed in butter to the prepared soup, pepper and boil briefly
5. Finally, add the cooked potato cubes, heat briefly
6. Sprinkle the individual portions of soup on the plates with chopped parsley.
