South Bohemian Mushroom Sauce

From the recipes of our grandmothers, a sour cream mushroom sauce.

Ingredients:

400 g of mushrooms (chanterelles,…) 600 g of coarse flour 1/2 l sour cream 1/2 l water crushed cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Boil finely chopped mushrooms in salted water with crushed cumin
2. Once they have softened, add the cream to the sauce and the flour whisked in a little water

Recommendation:

You can also simmer the mushrooms in a bit of fat before pouring in water, the sauce will then be even tastier.
