2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp plain flour 1.25 litres water 2 pcs potatoes 1/2 KL cumin to taste salt 200 g fresh mushrooms 100 g sour cream a little dill to taste vinegar to taste sugar
procedure

From 1 tablespoon of butter and flour prepare a light roux, pour water over it, stir, add diced potatoes, cumin, salt and cook until the potatoes are almost soft.

Fry the chopped mushrooms in the remaining butter and simmer until tender. Add them to the soup and simmer for a few more minutes. Soften the soup with cream and do not cook anymore, just reheat.

Finally, season the soup with finely chopped dill, vinegar and sugar.

You can make the soup richer by adding hard-boiled eggs, which can be sprinkled with chopped chives.
