South Bohemian Carp on mushrooms

Slices of carp sauteed in onions, covered with red wine, sauteed with sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Salt, pepper and dust the cleaned portions of carp with flour
2. Heat butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry the carp portions
3. Finally, add the steamed, peeled tomatoes, chopped finely
5. Season with garlic rubbed with salt and pepper

Recommendation:
Serve variously prepared potatoes as a side dish.
