South Bohemian Beef Roast

An oven roasted skewer of beef butt, served sliced under a lid, basted with the juices from the fat.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Stuff the meat with bacon, season with salt and fry on all sides in hot oil
2. In melted butter, fry slices of root Vegetable Recipes and onion rings, season with pepper and salt, acidify with vinegar and add pickled mushrooms
3. Place the roasted meat on the prepared base, drizzle it with lemon juice and pour in the broth, simmer covered in the oven until tender, baste the meat with the broth and pour in the hot juices during the simmering process
4. Remove the soft meat and strain the juices into the fat, add the flour and fry, stirring, then dilute with the rest of the broth, finally add the cream

Serve with bread dumplings.
