Sourdough tart with currants and cheesecake lattice

Sourdough
400 g plain flour 1 pinch salt 200 ml milk 1 cube yeast 2 tsp granulated sugar 200 ml oil
Filling
200 g currants 3 tbsp icing sugar
Crumble
100 g butter 2 tbsp baby semolina 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 packet cinnamon sugar
Grid
250 g soft cottage cheese 3 tbsp caster sugar 1 egg 1 packet lemon pudding 1 packet vanilla lemon sugar 300 ml milk

A lattice cake with fruit will please everyone…

From milk sugar and yeast prepare the sourdough starter.

Sieve the flour, add salt, oil and leaven and work the dough.

Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Stretch the risen dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 10-15 minutes.

Sheet 30×40 cm.

Place the fruit on the dough, mixed with sugar (who likes can add cinnamon sugar).

From butter, sugar and semolina prepare a crumble, which is sprinkled on the fruit.
8.
Make a custard with the milk and sugar and the pudding, let it cool a little, add the egg and mix the curd well.
9.
Place the mixture in a decorative bag and spray the lattice.
10.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
