Sourdough rolls filled with cottage cheese and blueberries

500 g polohr. flour 1 cube yeast 1 tsp salt 1/2 packet baking powder 2 tsp Rat Sugar 2 dl oil 2 pcs golden eggs 2 dl milk
Filling
250 g cottage cheese 1 packet cinnamon sugar 50 g Krys Sugar 1 pk egg blueberries
For spreading
1 pk egg

Dough: Make a sourdough starter with lukewarm milk, a little sugar, flour and yeast and pour it into the sifted flour, mixed with salt, sugar, egg yolks, oil and baking powder. Make a dough and let it rise for about 40-50 min.

Filling: mix the cottage cheese with the sugar egg cinnamon sugar and blueberries.

Make small triangles out of the dough and stuff them with the filling.

When filled, roll into rolls and brush with egg wash and bake.

Bake for about 30 min. at 200 C.
6.
Can be sprinkled with icing sugar.
