1. Place the mutton in lukewarm water, add the washed mushrooms, finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and cook for 1 to 1,5 h. Then add the washed sausages and cabbage. After half an hour of cooking, take out the cooked sausages and the meat, if, of course, it is already soft. 2. Wash the plums and boil them in a little water with a piece of lemon zest. Pour the cooked plums and water into the soup. 3. Make a light roux with the flour and butter and ground red pepper, and thicken the soup so that it is like a very thin gravy. 4. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice and temper with sugar.
