Sour potatoes with mushrooms
ingredients
200 g fresh mushrooms 40 g onions 100 g lard to taste salt a little cumin a little ground black pepper 600 g potatoes 1/4 liter sour cream 20 g plain flour a little water to taste vinegar
procedure
1.
Cut the cleaned mushrooms into larger pieces and put them on the chopped onion, saute in lard, add salt, pepper and cumin.

Later add the chopped potatoes, cover with water and cook. Thicken the soft potatoes with the cream in which the flour has been dissolved and boil.

Add acid to taste, serve with bread.
