Sour Potatoes

Cooked potatoes covered with sour milk or yoghurt.

Procedure:
1. Scrape the potatoes and boil them only half in salt water
2. Cut the bacon into cubes, let it get hot in a frying pan, then dust it with a heaping tablespoon of plain flour, pour over it water in which we have boiled the bay leaves for a while
3. Pour the slightly thickened sauce over the mashed potatoes, pour them with sour milk or yoghurt and let everything boil
4. Decorate each portion with a poached egg.
