Sour onion pie

ingredients

1/2 cube yeast 1/2 KL sugar 1 KL salt 200 g wheat plain flour 100 g rye plain flour 75 ml oil 2 pcs onion 3 pcs egg 200 g lutefisk 100 g Niva cheese 100 ml sour delicatessen cream to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Grind the yeast in a bowl, add 125 ml of lukewarm water and the sugar. Mix both flours with salt, add the oil and yeast. Make a smooth dough, cover with a kitchen towel in a bowl and leave to rise for an hour. 2. Turn the risen dough out onto a floured board, roll it out into a rectangle and place it in a smaller and taller baking tray which has been brushed with oil. 3. Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces and fry in a pan in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and let the mixture cool. 4. Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, add the Lucina, sour cream, Niva and pour this mixture on the dough and place the onions on top. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
