Sour milk soup with potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil them in salted water with caraway seeds. Then add the sour milk mixed with flour and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir well so that the milk does not curdle. Finally, season the soup with vinegar, sugar and butter.
