Sour milk soup

ingredients

400 g potatoes 1 pk bay leaf 1 tbsp lard 30 g plain flour 1 pk sour milk 2 pk egg to taste salt

procedure

1. Clean and cut the potatoes into cubes, pour boiling, salted water, add the bay leaf and cook until soft. Make a roux from the lard and flour, add it to the potatoes and bring to the boil. 2. When the potatoes are soft, stir in the sour milk and reheat. Finally, stir in the beaten eggs and boil. Sprinkle with dill.
