400 g green beans 20 g butter 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1,5 liters vegetable broth 1 KL ground red pepper 2 pk bay leaf 5 pk whole black pepper 2 tbsp vinegar to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Wash, clean and cut the beans into smaller pieces. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot butter. After 5 minutes add the beans and after another 5 minutes add the crushed garlic and ground red pepper. 2. Pour hot broth over everything, add bay leaves, peppercorns and bring to a boil. Cook the soup on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Then season it with salt, pepper and finally with vinegar.
