Sour cream enchilada recipe including cloves

Sour cream enchiladas are a delicious and easy way to get your Mexican food fix. This recipe includes a few cloves of garlic for an extra zesty kick.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
10-12 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Set aside.
To assemble enchiladas, place a heaping tablespoon of filling in the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly
