Soup with Tyrolean Dumplings

Soup with Vegetable Recipes served with dumplings made of bread, flour, egg, smoked meat and parsley.

Ingredients:

150 g of celery 150 g peas 150 g carrots 1.5 L of water 1 pk cup of maggi gourmet beef broth parsley For dumplings: 200 g white bread 150 g cooked smoked meat (or bacon) 150 g cooked smoked meat (or bacon) 60 g coarse flour 50 g of butter 50 g onion 2.5 dl of milk 1 pc egg parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the bread cubes with peeled, finely chopped onion in melted butter and place in a bowl
2. Add finely chopped smoked meat (bacon), finely chopped parsley, semi-coarse flour, milk mixed with egg, mix lightly and let rest for 5 minutes
3. Shape the mixture into small dumplings about 1cm in diameter, put in boiling water, add cleaned, finely chopped Vegetable Recipes, beef broth and cook together for 5 minutes
