Soup with smoked salmon

Soup of potatoes, vegetable broth, broccoli and cream, garnished with salmon.

Ingredients:

600 g broccoli 400 g potatoes 80 g smoked salmon 600 ml vegetable stock 200 ml cream ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the stalk off the cleaned broccoli, cut it into smaller pieces with the peeled potatoes, place in salted water and cook until semi-soft (about 15 minutes)
2. Then add broccoli florets of the same size and cook everything until tender
3. Drain the soft potatoes and broccoli and blend finely
4. Pour the broth over the blended Vegetable Recipes, bring to a boil, add salt, ground pepper, cream, stir, remove from heat and garnish with salmon.
