Soup with semolina gnocchi

ingredients

350 g pork ribs 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk onion 2 tbsp oil to taste salt a little whole black pepper a little chopped parsley

Grits gnocchi

120 g semolina a little vegeta 1 pk egg

step

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil. Add the sliced ribs to it. Pour hot water over the fried ribs and boil. 2. Once boiling, add the cleaned root Vegetable Recipes, 5 black peppercorns to the water and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft. Season with salt to taste. 3. When the soup is cooked, drain, remove the ribs and Vegetable Recipes. Serve the finished soup with semolina gnocchi and cooked chopped carrots or any cooked Vegetable Recipes. 4. Mix semolina, vegeta and egg. Spoon the dough into boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes.
