25 dkg prunes 1.5 litres water 6 dkg butter 2 tbsp plain flour 1 pk egg 2 tbsp coarse flour

1. Wash the prunes and boil them in water. When they soften, make a roux from the butter and plain flour and thicken the soup. 2. In a bowl, mix the egg with the coarse flour and slowly lower the batter through a fork into the simmering soup (the batter can be replaced by wider noodles). Season with cinnamon, simmer for a while and serve.
