Soup with meat nightshades

Bright soup with typical aroma and taste of the ingredients used with an insert of meat nights.

Ingredients:

1.5 l of meat broth 145 g root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 1 pk small leek 1 tbsp oil parsley salt Mass Nights: 75 g of ground lean beef and pork 1 tsp starch meal pinch of grated nutmeg ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Mix the minced meat with starch flour, season with a pinch of nutmeg, ground pepper and salt

Recommendation:

Potatoes cut into smaller pieces and cooked will make the soup more hearty.
