Soup with dried peas

ingredients

2 handfuls dried peas 2 pcs carrots 1 pcs parsley 1/2 pcs kohlrabi 1 pcs vegetable broth 1 butter salt 2 pcs bay leaves ground black pepper

step

1. Put the dried peas in a bowl and cover with water. Let it soak for a couple of hours. 2. Put the peas in a pot, add salt and bay leaf and cook until tender. 3. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into small pieces. 4. Put it in the pot with a slice of butter and sauté for about 3 minutes. 5. Cover with water, add vegetable stock and black ground pepper. 6. Remove the bay leaves from the boiled peas and blend with an immersion blender. Add to the soup. 7. Finally, season the soup, if necessary.
