Quick chicken broth

ingredients

1 pk chicken carcass 2 pk chicken wings 5 pk carrots 2 pk parsley 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic 1 pk celery handful parsley ground black pepper salt whole allspice bay leaf vegeta

The pressure cooker transforms traditional ingredients into a delicious and rich broth in 45 minutes.

Place the chicken carcass and wings in the pressure cooker. We chopped the wings on a board so that the knife could penetrate to the bone…. this will give the broth a strong flavour

Add a half-cut onion and a garlic clove

Cut the carrots, parsley and celery into larger pieces (we’ll cut them into smaller ones later, so they don’t get cooked)

4.

Season with spices – salt, pepper, bay leaf, allspice and parsley… pour water and let it cook in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes

Scedime…

Remove the meat from the bone and cut the Vegetable Recipes into smaller pieces…

7.

Add to the boil and done!

Serve with noodles and fresh parsley. Bon appetit 😉
