Soup of peppers and cucumbers

ingredients

2 pcs onion 2 pcs bell pepper 1 pcs cucumber 1 bunch dill 4 crucibles yoghurt 1/2 litre half cream a little salt 2 pinches pepper a little sweet ground paprika

1. Peel and finely chop the onion, Wash the peppers, halve and remove the seeds. Scrape the cucumber well under cold running water, also halve and de-seed it and cut it into strips. Cut it into small cubes together with the pepper. 2. Rinse the dill, dry it with a towel and finely chop it. Mix the yoghurt with the half-and-half and season with salt, pepper and ground paprika. 3. Stir the chopped onion, diced peppers, cucumber and dill into the soup and keep in a cool place until serving.
