100 g white beans 1.5 litres vegetable stock 1 pk bay leaf 50 g bacon 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 100 g root Vegetable Recipes to taste salt 1 tbsp oil 1 pk sausage 2 cloves garlic to taste peppercorns a little chopped parsley

Pre-soak the beans in the stock, add the bay leaf and cook until almost tender

Fry the chopped bacon, fry the coarsely chopped onion on it, sprinkle with flour, fry together and pour in some of the bean stock. Stir everything, add the sliced root Vegetable Recipes, the remaining broth and the beans, add salt and simmer.

Fry the sliced sausage in oil, add it to the soup, season with crushed garlic, soup seasoning and chopped parsley.
