Soup of fresh porcini mushrooms
ingredients
2 tbsp lard 1 pk onion 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 clove garlic 200 g fresh porcini mushrooms 2 pk carrot 2 pk potato ground black pepper salt 1 tbsp sweet red ground paprika 1 litre chicken broth

1.
In a saucepan, fry the diced onion in the lard.

Sprinkle with cumin and add a crushed garlic clove, stir to scent.
3.
Add fresh dry mushrooms and sauté.
4.
Add diced carrots and potatoes. Toss.
5.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with red pepper. Stir again.
6.
Pour in the stock and cook until tender, about 45 minutes.
7.
Serve.
