Soup of cabbage and tomato puree
ingredients
500 g cabbage 1,5 litres water 100 g tomato puree 40 g fat 1 pk onion 40 g flour 2 g sugar to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
Cut the cabbage into slices and cook in boiling water with spices and puree. Fry the chopped onion in the fat, add the flour, fry, cover with water and pour into the soup. Boil well and sweeten to taste.
