Soup minestrone

60 g butter 100 g tomato 100 g green beans 80 g pasta 60 g English bacon 2 tbsp tomato puree 1.5 liters vegetable broth 3 pcs onion a little olive oil 2 pcs carrot 2 pcs celery 3 cloves garlic a little basil
step
1. Chop the garlic, onion, carrot, celery, green beans, tomatoes finely. Fry the bacon in a frying pan in hot butter and oil. Add garlic and finely chopped onion. 2. Then add the celery, carrots and fry. Add the beans and simmer everything, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Pour in the stock, add the tomatoes, tomato puree, basil and season the soup with salt and pepper. 3. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer over a low heat for about 30 minutes. Throw the pasta into the soup and wait until it is cooked. Serve the soup garnished with basil.
