Soup from tips

Spice is an excellent soup mushroom, growing abundantly after rains on lawns and pastures. Only the caps are collected for kitchen use, the legs are too tough. They are also excellent under meat.

Ingredients:

200 g of caps 1 l stock (chicken, beef can also use masox) 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc carrots 1 pc

td>coils 1 pcs eggs majorana fat pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry onion in lard, add chopped carrots, tip caps and pour in broth
2. Season with marjoram, add salt and simmer for 20 minutes over a low heat 3. Finally, add the crushed garlic and thicken the soup with the beaten egg.

Serve with bread.
