Soup from the wilderness

ingredients

40 g bacon 250 g venison meat 20 g flour a little salt a little pepper 2 pcs carrots 2 pcs onions 1 cup red wine a little sugar 1 packet frozen soup Vegetable Recipes

1. Melt the bacon, cut into small cubes, and fry the leftover venison, cut into small pieces, in it. Sprinkle with flour and leave to bake over a very low heat. 2. Add the cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces Vegetable Recipes and sauté for a while. Add 1,25 litres of water, season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and then cook slowly for 1,5 hours until tender. 3. Soften the soup with red wine and season with sugar.
