Soup from sour cucumbers

500 g Sour cucumbers 1,5 liters vegetable broth 2 pcs potato 1 pcs onion 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp parsley 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp lard to taste salt, ground black pepper
step
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into mini cubes and boil them in salted water until tender. 2. Chop the cucumbers finely. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot lard, add the crushed garlic and flour. Let it fry a little and then pour the hot broth over it, stirring constantly. 3. Add the pickled cucumbers to the broth, along with the water that runs out of them. Boil them for about 5 minutes, then add the potatoes and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
