500 g hokkaido pumpkin 4 tbsp sour cream 2 pcs potatoes 1 pcs onion 1 cube masox 1 KL curry pepper 1 tbsp oil pepper salt
step
1. Clean and chop the onion and fry it in oil till golden and top it with the diced pumpkin and its skin. Season with curry powder. 2. Pour a litre of water with a cube of masox, add the diced potatoes, pepper, salt and cook until soft. Then blend. 3. Serve the soup with a spoonful of cream and garnish with basil.
