400 g handles 1,5 liters water 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 40 g lard 40 g onion 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 KL ground red pepper to taste salt, ground black pepper, marjoram
procedure
1. Put the cleaned and well washed handles in water and boil for about half an hour. Then drain the water, pour in fresh cold water, season with salt and cook until soft. 2. Fry the onion in the lard, add the grated Vegetable Recipes, the crushed garlic and simmer until soft. Remove the soft handles and cut into slices. 3. Strain the broth over the Vegetable Recipes, add the sticks, ground pepper, marjoram, ground paprika and simmer a little more.
