Soup from cherries

ingredients

20 g butter 20 g plain flour 1 liter water 400 g cherry 50 g sugar 2 dl cherry juice 2 pcs cloves 1.25 dl milk to taste salt, a piece of whole cinnamon

progress

Make a roux with the dry-roasted flour and butter, cover with water and bring to the boil. Then add the pitted cherries, a little salt, sugar, cherry juice, whole cinnamon, cloves and cook until the cherries are soft. Dissolve the flour in the milk, pour it into the soup and let it come to the boil.
