Soup Dumplings
Bread dumplings made of bread (roll), milk, egg, butter, parsley and breadcrumbs the size of hazelnuts, cooked in water, served as an insert in soups.

Procedure:
1. Soak the bread in milk
2. Beat the butter with salt and egg, add the soaked breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and thicken with a little fine breadcrumbs if necessary
3. Knead the dough to form small dumplings, about the size of a hazelnut, which we boil in water, cook for about 5 minutes
4.
