1 litre sour milk 1/2 litre milk 200 g curd 40 g plain flour 20 g butter 2 pcs egg yolk 1,5 litres sour cream to taste salt to taste dill
procedure
1. Pour the sour milk into a sieve and drain the whey. 2. Pour the sweet milk into a pot, add the flour, stir well, then add the whey, chopped dill, bring to a simmer and season with salt. 3. Put the sour cream, egg yolks, butter and cottage cheese in a soup bowl and pour in the brew, stirring constantly.
