Soup bun dumplings

30 g butter 1 pk egg 100 g breadcrumbs 4 tbsp milk 5 g butter to taste salt

procedure

Stir the egg, milk and breadcrumbs into the butter mixed with salt. Form the dough into dumplings, place on a buttered plate. Pour the boiling soup over the dumplings, then pour in the rest of the soup and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
