Soft gingerbread recipe

To assemble

20 servings Dough 400 g plain flour 2 eggs 140 g of icing sugar 100 g of hera 2 tablespoons of honey 2 teaspoons of gingerbread spice 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Method of preparation

1 Whisk together the sugar with the 2 eggs and the softened baking fat, then add the honey and spices. Stir the flour and soda into the porridge. Do not add more honey as the gingerbread will be hard! Knead the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

TIP: How to store eggs?

2 Roll out the dough into a thicker sheet and cut out the desired gingerbread shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 3 Bake the gingerbread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes.
